General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 3111db platform and its users. By browsing the website, creating an account, or taking part in any game, you explicitly accept these terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 3111db:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must not already have an active account on 3111db.
  • You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same address, the same device or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3111db reserves the right to verify the identity of users in order to maintain a safe and transparent environment. A copy of a national identity card, passport or birth certificate may be requested in the case of a withdrawal request or when suspicious activity is detected. The withdrawal process may be on hold until identity verification is successfully completed.

If an account is created using false information, it will be terminated immediately and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Login Credential Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you believe your account security has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, please notify our support team immediately. 3111db is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your account is entirely personal and non-transferable. The account or the funds within it may not be sold, rented, transferred or given to a third party.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3111db currently supports the following payment methods:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

Deposited funds are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of the deposit must be a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes to complete.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
3111db is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by exceptional circumstances or technical reasons. Please contact the support team for urgent matters.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
  • Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

  • Each bonus offer has its own time limit — the wagering requirements must be met within that period.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless specifically stated.
  • Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings after the wagering requirements have been met are withdrawable.
  • 3111db reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
  • 3111db reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The 3111db VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular active play. Each tier includes additional benefits and special offers.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Equal Opportunity and Fairness

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension or Termination by 3111db

3111db may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • An account being operated by a minor.
  • Using multiple accounts.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, please contact us via 24/7 live chat or support email. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed, provided the wagering requirements have been met.
