3111db Responsible Gaming — Your protection is our priority
3111db is always by your side to make sure entertainment never turns into a problem. Learn about all the safety features available, from deposit limits to self-exclusion.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming can be a great form of entertainment — if it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. 3111db believes that every player's experience should be enjoyable, safe, and entirely voluntary. We do not want our platform to have a negative impact on anyone's life.
Responsible gaming means knowing your limits — deciding how much time and money it is reasonable to spend and staying within those limits. On the 3111db platform, we provide a number of powerful tools and features to help you maintain those limits.
If at any point you feel that gaming is going beyond enjoyment, do not delay — contact our 24/7 live chat support. Our trained support team is always ready to assist you.
Our Commitment
Responsible gaming at 3111db is not just a policy — it is the foundation of every decision we make. Our goal is to ensure your financial and mental well-being.
Safety Tools and Features
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to process, giving you time to reconsider your decision.
Time Limits and Breaks
Receive automatic alerts after playing for a set amount of time. You can take a break (cooling-off) of 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month on your own. While on a break, your account remains completely inactive.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, you can self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years. During this time, logging in, making deposits, or placing bets will be completely impossible.
Activity Statement
You can view your complete transaction and betting history on your account at any time. This helps you review your spending patterns and make informed decisions.
Account Security
Use a strong password and secure login method. Do not share your account details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
24/7 Support
Our Bangla-speaking support team is always ready to help with any responsible gaming matter. Get instant assistance through live chat — any time, day or night.
For those aged 21 and above only
To open an account and play at 3111db, you must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is part of our security process and is a mandatory condition for approval. We take strict measures to keep minors away from gaming.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gambling
If you or someone you know shows the following signs, seek help promptly:
Spending more money on betting than you can afford and repeatedly playing to try to recover lost money
Spending more time gaming by cutting back time with family, friends, or work
Hiding your gaming from family or close ones, or lying about it
Betting using borrowed money or household funds
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not playing
Repeatedly trying to stop but failing
Principles of Healthy Gaming
Keeping these guidelines in mind will ensure gaming remains enjoyable at all times:
Only spend money that, if lost, will have no impact on your life
See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income
Set a budget and time limit in advance and stick to them
Avoid gaming when you are feeling stressed, sad, or lonely
Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends
Do not place larger bets to try to win back money you have lost
